The Ladera Football League was founded in 2006 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation to educate youth about the importance of teamwork, competition and the value of discipline through a youth flag football experience.

We are a developmental league formed for participation and competitive fun for our youth. We license the NFL FLAG Program which offers a fast-paced, skill-based and non-contact flag football experience to South Orange County boys and girls between the ages of 5 and 14.
